Doron Shalom - Chief Executive Officer & Director
Doron Shalom was appointed as CEO and Board Member of MS Tech in 2009. He brings vast entrepreneurial and management track record of leadership in high technology companies and is tasked with guiding the company through the next phases of its sensor technologies and product developments, driving rapid market penetration and growth.
Mr. Shalom served as VP Global Sales & Marketing at Scent Detection Technologies Ltd. since its establishment in 2004. Mr. Shalom is an industry expert in the commercialization of sensor technologies and in the definition, development, manufacturing, testing and certification of new sensor technologies and detection products, as well as technology enhancements in the chemical sensing explosives, improvised materials, narcotics and contraband.
Mr. Shalom has vast experience in sales and marketing of new technologies and products in the aviation security, airports and global security and safety markets. He also served as VP Sales & Marketing Asia-Pacific and brings extensive sales experience from India, China, Singapore, Australia and the Pacific region.
Mr. Shalom is an Expert Advisor to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). He holds a BA in Business Administration from Middlesex University Business School and an MSc Degree in Public Policy & Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Dr. Lev Dayan - Chief Scientist & Co-Founder
Dr. Dayan has been involved in research, design, development and manufacturing of sensors for the last 40 years. Dr. Dayan received his PhD from the Academic Science Institute of Crystallography in Moscow in 1974; and his MSc from the Electronic Communication Research Institute in 1967.
He is a leading expert in physics of crystallography and has extensive experience in sensor R&D, communication systems and surface acoustic devices. Dr. Dayan was involved in numerous R&D projects in crystal physics and sensor technology and owns several patents in the field of acoustical devices and electro-chemical sensors.

Dr. Shmuel Grimland - VP Research & Development
Dr. Shmuel Grimland joined MS Tech in 2009 as VP R&D and brings vast experience in technology integration and project management. Dr. Grimland was a senior Project Manager at Comverse, where during the years 1996-2002 he managed large scale projects in Singapore, Turkey and Northern Europe. During the years 1972-1996, Dr. Grimland served in the Israel Prime Minister's Office where he headed advanced technology programs and their field integration.
Dr. Grimland holds an MSc in Electronics Engineering from the Technion Institute in Haifa, Israel. He also holds an MA in Public Policy and a PhD in Public Administration from the Haifa University. Dr. Grimland is a graduate of the Israel National Security College from which he graduated in 1992.

Asaf Halamish - Chief Operations Officer
Asaf Halamish serves as COO of MS Tech and brings extensive management experience in the development, manufacturing, quality assurance and quality control of sensor manufacturing and detection products. Prior to MS Tech, Mr. Halamish served as COO at Cell-Kinetics, a bio-medical developer and manufacturer of a fluorescence-based imaging and monitoring solutions for both adherent and non-adherent living cells, and COO at Scent Detection Technologies, a manufacturer and supplier of explosives and narcotics trace detection systems. He also previously founded Baby's Breath, a medical device company focusing on advanced inhalation technologies and served as the Director of Product Engineering & Manufacturing at ARAN, a leading Israeli provider of product design and manufacturing.
Mr. Halamish holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Institute for the Study of Entrepreneurship & Management of Innovation (ISEMI).

Arik Levi - Chief Financial Officer
Arik Levi joined MS Tech in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the executive management team. Mr. Levi brings to MS Tech over 10 years of extensive managerial experience in corporate finance, global operations and management in the technology, telecommunication and wireless industries. Mr. Levi is responsible for the company's investor relations activities and plays a key role in developing the company's financing strategy.
Mr. Levi previously served as CFO of Vyyo Inc. (NASDAQ:VYYO), a leading provider of cable and wireless broadband access solutions for residential and business services, where he raised over $100M in private and public capital raising. Mr. Levi previously served as an Audit Manager with Kesselman & Kesselman, Israel’s leading accounting firm and a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Ltd.
Mr. Levi earned a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Timo Salke - VP Technical Services & Support
Timo Salke joined MS Tech as VP Technical Services & Support in 2009. Mr Salke has gained over 29 years of experience in demonstrating operational and engineering excellence. During 2007-2009, Timo served as Director of Operations and Customer Service for Scent Detection Technologies, a manufacturer and supplier of explosives and narcotics trace detection systems. During 2003-2005, Timo served as Director of Operations, Asia-Pacific for L-3 Communications Security & Detection Systems. Timo was pivotal in establishing the L-3 customer service & technical support operations across Asia-Pacific whilst developing and managing a team of 40 service engineers.
Timo's vast experience resulted in a specialized knowledge in X-ray systems and computerized tomography scanning equipment. During 2000-2003, Timo was the Managing Director of PerkinElmer Australia, a supplier of analytical and life sciences technology. Timo gained his qualifications as Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnics Institute of Turku in Finland.

Thomas A. Neugebauer - U.S. Director of Operations
Tom joined MS Tech in 2009 as the U.S. Director of Operations. His lengthy homeland security career started with Boeing Homeland Security and Services in 2001 where he successfully managed the implementation of detection & safety systems at 450 airports across the United States. He also managed maintenance teams on subsequent contracts, this included Boeing and Siemens groups responsible for the testing and certification of detection equipment across the country. His expertise in the field of detection allowed for the successful development of standards and benchmarks that continue to be part of government protocols today. Shortly after the success of the DHS/TSA airport security program, Tom was asked to manage other major DHS programs across the country. The unique programs first used cutting edge screening technologies that included detection sensors, biometric identification, smart card verification, CT scanners, X-ray systems, millimeter wave technology and large scale emergency notification. Shortly after the successful implementation of these programs, Tom founded a company called Travel Safe Security Inc. that developed training and consulting programs for private companies operating in the aviation security business.
In 2006, he joined Scent Detection Technologies (SDT) as the U.S. Operations / Sales Manager. SDT was a manufacturer and supplier of explosives and narcotic trace detection systems. His experience with SDT allowed him to work with technical support & service teams in South America, Europe, Middle East and Australia. Tom is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force from which he received a degree in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University. He is currently working on a Masters degree in Homeland Security from the American Military University.
