Moshe Shalom
Chairman, President & Co-Founder

Mr. Shalom is the Chairman, President & Co-Founder of MS Tech Ltd. He brings over 15 years of experience in science & technology, entrepreneurship, strategic management and venture capital investments. Mr. Shalom served at the Israel Prime Minister's Office for twenty-six years in various key positions including security, operations and technology integration.

Mr. Shalom founded a number of startup companies in the fields of bio-medical diagnostic devices, fiber-optic sensors, electro-chemical sensors and trace detection systems. Today, Mr. Shalom supports the MS Tech Sensor R&D Center and its business divisions with his research, development and product development expertise. Mr. Shalom is a co-inventor of several patents in the fields of electro-chemical sensors, molecular recognition, trace and vapor detection technologies.

Dr. Lev Dayan
Chief Scientist & Co-Founder

Dr. Dayan has been involved in research, design, development and manufacturing of sensors for the last 40 years. Dr. Dayan received his PhD from the Academic Science Institute of Crystallography in Moscow in 1974; and his MSc from the Electronic Communication Research Institute in 1967.

He is a leading expert in physics of crystallography and has extensive experience in sensor R&D, communication systems and surface acoustic devices. Dr. Dayan was involved in numerous R&D projects in crystal physics and sensor technologies and owns several patents in the field of acoustical devices and electro-chemical sensors.

Doron Shalom
Chief Executive Officer & Director

Doron Shalom was appointed as CEO and Board Member of MS Tech in 2009 and brings vast entrepreneurial and management track record of leadership in high technology companies and is tasked with guiding the company through the next phases of its product development, driving rapid market penetration and growth.

Mr. Shalom served as VP Global Sales & Marketing at Scent Detection Technologies Ltd. since its establishment in 2004. Mr. Shalom is an industry expert in the commercialization of sensor technologies and in the definition, development, manufacturing, testing and certification of new sensor technologies and detection products, as well as technology enhancements in the chemical sensing of explosives, improvised materials, narcotics and contraband.

Mr. Shalom has vast experience in sales and marketing of new technologies and products in the aviation security, airports and global security and safety markets. He also served as VP Sales & Marketing Asia-Pacific and brings extensive sales experience from India, China, Singapore, Australia and the Pacific region.

Mr. Shalom holds a BA in Business Administration from Middlesex University Business School and an MSc Degree in Public Policy & Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science.    

Vidal Haddad

Mr. Haddad has a rich history of over thirty years of diplomatic and intelligence experience in government service in Israel including senior management positions in the Intelligence and Security Agencies of the Prime Minister’s Office. He has held a number of key international postings in Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia and Australia where his broad background provided professional expertise and management skills to numerous vital national security and intelligence programs. Many of these programs required direct access and interaction with Cabinet-level government officials on national security-related matters.

Mr. Haddad is an internationally recognized expert in different National Security and Intelligence disciplines and an authority in the fields of counter-terrorism, international & homeland security, political & military crisis and risk analysis & management. He has worked as a private consultant for several leading companies and security businesses, identifying strategic opportunities, risk management, and counter threats posed by competitors or by terrorism and international crime. Mr. Haddad graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey, with a Masters of Administrative Science.

Nathan Steinberg
Investment Manager, Stone Mountain Capital Partners

Mr. Steinberg is a private equity professional at Stone Mountain Capital Partners (SMCP), an alternative investment firm, with extensive financial and transactional experience in the Israeli high-tech sector. Prior to joining SMCP, he was a corporate attorney at Herzog, Fox & Neeman, representing leading private equity and venture capital firms in the execution of acquisition, financing and exit transactions, as well as providing transactional and general corporate advice to portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, he was a member of Merrill Lynch's Israeli Group, providing financial advisory services to leading Israeli high-tech companies.

Mr. Steinberg holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from INSEAD, an MSc in Corporate Law & Accounting from the London School of Economics & Political Science and an LLB in Business Law from London Guildhall University. He is a member of both the New York State and Israeli Bar Associations.
