Mr. Amir Ayal
Owner and Chairman - Infinity Investment Group

Mr. Amir Ayal joined MS Tech's Advisory Board in 2010 and brings vast experience in venture capital, private equity, private banking and institutional financing.

Mr. Ayal is the owner and Chairman of the Infinity Investment Group, one of the largest investment firms is Israel, which manages funds on behalf of a wide range of clients, including institutional and private investors in the amount of approximately $7 billion.

Mr. Ayal additionally serves a financial advisor to Government Authorities within the Israeli Government and is a Board Member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Mr. Ayal is also a commentator on Capital Markets for numerous Israeli television news programs and is a regular columnist in Globes, Israel’s leading daily financial newspaper.

Mr. Ayal holds several academic degrees, in Accounting, Economics, Computers and Electronics from the Tel Aviv University and other Academic Institutions.

Mr. Rouso Menachem
Financial Advisor

Mr. Rouso Menachem joined MS Tech as Financial Advisor in 2009 and brings a wealth of experience in financial management and corporate finance. Mr. Menachem was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the United Mizrahi Bank (UMB) branch in Los Angeles, California. He also previously served as the Managing Director of the UMB branch in Tel Aviv where he was the Managing Director of the UMB’s call center division where he managed six teams with over 250 employees.

Mr. Menachem currently provides business development consulting and executive coaching. Previously, During his military service, Mr. Menachem graduated from the Israel Air Force (IAF) Flight Academy and retired with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Mr. Menachem holds a BA in Economics, Political Science and Sociology from Bar Ilan University. He is a graduate of U.S.C., the Institute of Safety and System Management Aircraft Accident Investigation. He is also a graduate of the Leon Recanati School of Business Administration, Top Executive Course (T.E.C.) in the Faculty of Management as well as a graduate of the Strategic Management of Financial Institutions, at the Western Independent Bankers Institution in California, USA.
